I have a distinct memory of being at my grandparents' house when I was little (in the 1980's). They ALWAYS had Tootsie Rolls and Tootsie Pops in the house. I REMEMBER caramel or butterscotch-flavored Tootsie Pops - they came in a red, white and blue wrapper. There were ALWAYS only one or two in a bag - and I had to snag them before my sister got to them. Can anyone backup my story? No one I talk to seems to remember this - and I cannot find ANYTHING on it online. I am driving myself crazy!
